1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using SEO Rank UP, you agree to these terms.

2. License

SEO Rank UP is a proprietary product. Your purchased license grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the software for personal or commercial purposes.

• Yearly plan: 1 device, valid for 1 year
• Lifetime plan: 1 device, perpetual

3. Restrictions

The following actions are prohibited:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the software
• Sharing or transferring your license key to others
• Redistributing or sublicensing the software

4. Refund Policy

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Contact admin@seorankup.ai for refunds.

5. Limitation of Liability

SEO Rank UP is provided "as is". We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the software. Crawl results are informational and do not substitute professional SEO consulting.

6. Updates

Your license includes all updates within the current major version (v0.x and v1.x). When a new major version (v2.0) is released, it will be available as a separate purchase. You may continue using your current version indefinitely.

7. Termination

Violation of these terms may result in license revocation. Upon termination, you must uninstall the software.
